Shopping tips

1.  thin peels-buy organic, thick peels-organic preferred but not needed.

2.  dark green, red and orange veggies are the most nutrition packed

3.  buy real food, not food products(stay out of the center isles)

4.  avoid grains. wheat, rye, barley, corn

5.  healthy eggs will have rich orange colored yokes

6.  buy only raw nuts and seeds

7.  use real organic butter, not margarine

8.  read all labels

 

Cooking tips

1.  cook with real butter, olive oil, coconut oil at low heat

2.  eat 80% of foods in raw state
