Visit #1: Dr. Duquette will review your intake forms, medical history, x-rays and any other medical information you have brought. An initial neurological evaluation and consultation is also included.
Visit #2: Dr. Duquette, after reviewing this information, will let you know if he has decided to take your case. If so, detail of the care and costs will be discussed at that time.
